You acknowledge that Whole Body MRI will rely on the licenses and permissions granted herein, which may involve substantial costs. Additionally, you agree not to assert any claims against anyone regarding the exercise of the licenses and permissions provided. You represent and warrant that:
1. You have the full right and authority to grant these licenses and permissions.
2. You are over eighteen (18) years of age.
3. The Materials are true and accurate.
4. No other party’s authorization or consent is necessary for the permissions and licenses granted to Whole Body MRI.
5. You either own the Materials or have the right to grant the rights and licenses specified herein.
6. The Materials do not violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon any third party’s rights, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
